i will paste the news letter here for all to read

starting today, i will be bringing you, our guild, a weekly newsletter. i hope that this will help our members to better understand what we, the leaders of the alliance, are doing to better help you. i will try to make this weekly edition on Wednesday because they are slower for me. more info on the topics can be found in the forum. anyways here is the news (Work In Progress):

Diplomacy; Provided by: Jhon Peru and DRZ400S

--we are now in an NAP with LCS, hopefully putting an end to the asults against one of our members.
--the NAP with TGT has been discontinued due to the merger of our two alliances, to all TGT members welcome.
--attacking other (alliances with catapults who we are not at war against is forbidden unless prior consultation. this is to help us avoid problems.

--attacks on sienzx should stop due to our NAP with LCS
--continuing surveillance of Turk alliance, we dont want them to stab us while our backs are turned, all members are allowed to launch raids against them, and yes you can use catapults. i repeat USE OF CATAPULTS IS ALLOWED!!!

**all members will be required to meet standard weekly goals in order to grow ourselves as an alliance.

--Recruiting assistant: will be in charge of checking potential guild members for population, army and village sizes, they will do this by mainly contacting people and making sure that they meet the base requirements. must contact new members and make sure that they understand the rules and that they follow them.
--Guild Translator: must be fluent in several languages and be able to explain thing well in writing. should have descent diplomatic skills (not a diplomatic position, will not be in charge of making diplomatic decisions).

**pirate time was something that i did for the guild members, here we will put jokes that will hopefully brighten our day. one rule has changed they dont need to be pirate themed, and lets try to keep them at least G to R, no NC-17 (adult, naughty) jokes please**

This is the third issue of the weekly newsletter for the Royal Pirate Knights. We will be broadcasting the different parts of our alliance to you the members form us the leaders. . Also I am still looking at what to name this newsletter. Newsletter does not sound pirate so I am looking for your suggestions reply if you have any.

--Assistant diplomat: must be able to work out difficult situation in an orderly and peaceful manner. Should be patient and able to speak professionally to others. Also will be required to scan for possible allies and negotiate in my absence. We need to fill this position ASAP. You will answer to me directly and have a high standing with in the alliance decision making. If you are interested contact Jhon Peru

--War General: we are now looking for a second war general to fill in the gap left my terr. Some experience is required. Must be able to moblelize troops and help guide different members and give orders such as send troops or resources accurately and with out question. If you are interested contact Jhon Peru
